The living room features a large three-seat sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, bookcase, and TV. It opens onto a bright balcony with “Mar del Plata” style chairs, perfect for sunbathing or enjoying a quiet afternoon.

A sliding door separates the social area from the private quarters.
