The apartment has one bedroom and an integrated kitchen which has access to the Balcony outside through a sliding window creating a small mini bar effect making it just perfect for you to stir up a drink or two leaving them on the counter having access to both inside and outside.

The lounge area is connected and very well designed since the owner took his time to draw up the design making this apartment special and different to most apartments you will find in Buenos Aires.

The lounge area is wide and has a stylish Sofa bed beside the television hung up on the wall appearing to be tinted glass with a yellow border adding diversity to the apartment.

The left side of the wall has wooden bench seats which open up and gives you room to store bags, the vacuums, etc if space is needed. There is also a beautiful tinted glass rounded oval table with four comfortable leather seats, making the area just perfect to sit having a meeting or even to have dinner. right behind the table, you will notice that part of the wall has been extended, just where the owner took his creativity and decided to add a little flavor to his apartment by extending the wall adding a beautiful window adding even more light to the apartment including a pillar for design and structure.

The lounge area leads to the bedroom, which has a walk-in closet high walls and a double bed.
You will find a television mounted onto the wall giving you the option to watch tv laying in bed if you need some alone time or in the lounge area where you can take in the gorgeous immaculate view.

The bathroom is quite special as the owner changed the shower area adding shower as well as a bathtub with a hydromassage tub whereas you can change the intensity even minutes you feel you need to use the hydro massage. Perfect for after a long day at work.
