Imagine having your own cozy and lively vintage studio right in the heart of Palermo Soho and just 4 blocks from the Plaza Italia subway station.

Being within walking distance of everything Palermo has to offer: the modern atmosphere, the gastronomic places, the highly creative designer shops, the beautiful parks while having your own place to land, recharge your batteries, feel a local “porteño” for a weather…

It is a 30 square meter studio completely renovated in an unbeatable location (Thames and Guatemala, Palermo Soho) with all the necessary amenities for you to enjoy a pleasant stay.

It has a comfortable queen-size bed, a cute little kitchen with an electric oven, stove, a small red fridge, and a living room / work area and a stylish little bathroom.

The studio is on the seventh floor of a building from the 70s and is bathed in beautiful natural light.

It has air conditioning (which acts as a heating system in winter) and reliable WI-FI (many of our guests work remotely and have reported that the wifi worked very well).

Another great feature to mention is that it has LOTS of storage space so no worries about where to put that extra luggage!

The bathroom in the studio is super cute and has a small shower space, if you can’t live without a bathtub or large bathroom this may not be your landing pad :-).

This place is perfect for solo travelers and couples (babies welcome too!) Who want to be close to all the action in Palermo Soho and yet appreciate a quiet, well-kept place to come back and recharge.

At check-in, you will receive a set of keys (or two available upon request) with your apartment key and two keys for the front doors.
