Superb 2 bedroom apartment in a state of the art building complex in the heart of Palermo Soho. Stretching the width of the block on Borges between Paraguay and Guatemala, it’s made up of two towers facing each other across a central park area.

The apartment is on the 11th floor so it’s quiet, has really great light and has good views over the Soho skyline.

Large balcony overlooks the Palermo Soho skyline (on a clear day you can see all the way to the river!).

Located in probable (based on trip advisor) the BEST area to stay in Buenos Aires, capital.  It also has 80 square meters, is fully furnished, and has two bedrooms with King size beds (one of which can be split into 2 singles), 1 full bathroom and one guest bathroom. Great living/dining room with a table for 4, huge L-shaped corner sofa with coffee table and 50″ Sony HD TV with Google Chromecast. ( it doesn’t have cable TV but you can connect your own Netflix account and more)

To use the Chromecast, use the remote to switch the TV input to HDMI1 and follow the onscreen instructions. To go back to normal TV, switch the input back to TV.

The building has 24 hour security, a fully equipped modern gym on the 18th floor with amazing views across the city, a large swimming pool with a paddling area, an area to do parrillas (BBQ with a reservation fee), a kids’ play area with swings and slides, two covered verandas that look out over the park from both sides, a SUM (large lounge) that can be reserved for private parties and a home cinema area for private screenings.
In addition to the private washer in the kitchen, there is also a laundry room with coin-operated industrial washer and dryers in the Guatemala tower, available to all building residents.

It’s a great central location, ideally positioned between Plaza Italia and Plaza Serrano. So you’re within easy walking distance of both, but far enough removed to be out of the hustle and bustle. 4 blocks away are all the transport links (subte D and many many bus lines) of Plaza Italia on nearby Santa Fe. You’re a short walk to parks, the Botanic Gardens, and of course all Palermo Soho’s famous boutiques, restaurants, bars and nightlife are on your doorstep.

Local amenities including supermarkets, organic food shops, restaurants/pubs, discos/bars, ice cream parlours, local internet coffee shops, banks and ATM machines are all within a few blocks.

A very short cab ride away are Las Cañitas, with its restaurants, bars and polo fields; the Costanera, with its top nightclubs; Aeroparque Jorge Newberry, the domestic airport; Recoleta, with its lovely architecture and stunning cemetery; and San Telmo, with its historical buildings and markets.
