The building – La Algodonera Complex – used to be a cool old cotton factory which has been completely renovated and turned into modern and cool lofts – This residential building has all the luxuries: The roof, which spans an entire block, has a huge park (with a real grass lawn, palm trees, flowers and lavender bushes) a large pool, a separate pool for kids, and even a little restaurant—and great views of the city!
