The Cabrera Palace was built in 1935. Filomena and José Devoto (founders of the Villa Devoto neighborhood) dedicated their entire lives to financing this building. In addition, Filomena, already a widow, finished building it to honor her husband. The administration of this headquarters was entrusted to the San Vicente de Paul Society, which also absorbed Hogar Devoto after Filomena’s death in 1947.
Today, the Cabrera Palace (a neocolonial style building) has been remodeled to become a restructuring project that had 36 habitable units on its original structure, which was completely renovated and restored.
