the stairs do not have handrails and are NOT recommended for children 1 to 2 years old, people with reduced mobility or the elderly. The entrance has steps and is not suitable for a wheelchair.

It has all the services and comfort, including washing machines, air conditioning in some rooms (main room and playroom), and underfloor heating throughout the house, safe, appliances, flat screen TV with cable and Chromecast, and Internet.

In the house there is a Chromecast to show content from tablets, phones and computers on the TV.
